Manual Application Process

If you are having trouble submitting our online application, you can email your completed form to us instead.

To ensure your application is processed correctly, please follow these steps:

  • Download: Click the download link to save the application form to your device.

  • Fill Out: Open the saved form and complete it in its entirety.  The cells will expand to fit your entries.

  • Save & Name: Save your final, completed document and give it a clear file name.

  • Email: Attach your completed form and any required photos to an email.

  • Send: Send the email to unityearthcarealliance.org with the subject line: Manual 2026 Greenstar Application.
