Green Star Award

The Green Star Award recognizes ministries that have completed at least three significant activities that foster awareness of our spiritual oneness with the Earth and promote active care of creation.

Submit as many activities accomplished in the 12 months prior to the all applications submission day of September 30, 2026. Applications must be supported by appropriate documentation including videos, pictures, newspaper articles, announcements, brochures, etc.

Following review by the UEA board and Advisory Council, awardees will be individually notified and celebrated. Awardees will be featured on the UEA website, the UEA EarthCare Facebook page, in the EarthCare Connections newsletter, and submitted to Unity World Headquarters or other New Thought organizations as appropriate for recognition. Each ministry will receive a certificate suitable for framing.

2025 Green Star Award Recipients

Green Star Constellation Award

The Green Star Constellation Award recognized the collective efforts of least Unity or non-Unity communities to work together to cultivate awareness, advocacy and care for all creation. The coalition must have been in existance for at least two years and completed a minimum of three significant environmental activities in the preceding calendar year.

Unity of Whidbey

For Participation in various activities during 2024 in collaboration with the Greening Congregations Collaborative of Whidbey Island, WA.

Unity of Whidbey has belonged to GCC since 2016. They are one of seven congregations working together for EarthCare through Inspiration, Celebration, Advocation, Reflection & Education.
