Experiential Growth
Lesson  3  of   3

power 12.jpg

It’s one thing to talk about or study the concept of Power and another to feel it.

Tuning into nature is like plugging into a battery charger, or divine power cord. For an experience of Earth’s power and wonderful recharging assistance find someplace in nature – it can be a wilderness area, a neighborhood park, your own backyard, or even just an open window that you can look and feel through.

Man Meditating Outdoors

Breathe deeply and feel your connection to the Earth flowing up to you through the ground, or the building, flowing into your feet and hands, coursing through you and connecting deep down into the Earth like the roots of a mighty tree.

Open to the awareness that you are one with all that is, all Creation. You are one with the tree, the flower, the cloud, the volcano, the fly, the whale, all of all life. You have access to all that creative power. It courses through you.

If possible, take your shoes off and put your feet into the dirt, or hug a tree, or embrace your cat, or stroke the leaf of a beloved house plant and feel the life and power in that being. As you do, consider what “power” means to you. If there are areas in your life that feel disempowered offer those thoughts up to God/Source/Creator for healing and cleansing.

Next, tune in to the spiritual power within and all about you. Just be still and soak in nature and the power you are always connected to.
