Whether you're practicing your mindfulness sitting or walking, consider the following questions:​

 

  • What is my understanding of faith? ​

 

  • Did I receive early instruction about what faith is–has this changed?​

 

  • Do I see any evidence of faith as power in my life–in creation? ​

 

  • What is my understanding of faith as a principle throughout all creation?
