Experiential Growth
Lesson  3  of   3

Bring to mind someone you love with deep, profound love. Notice the feeling in your body. What does it feel like? Where is it in your body? Now go outside and focus on a tree or bird, or bush, or cloud. If you cannot go outside, focus on a pet, a houseplant, or a bug. Next, extend the loving feeling you have summoned toward the nature being you are now focused on. Send your love to it. Imagine it receiving your love and shimmering in response. If you can gently put a finger on the plant or creature you are sending love to.

Next, close your eyes and focus on the sounds of nature that are around you. Notice bird song, or the breeze outside an open window or the buzz of a fly. Give thanks for these sounds of Creation.  

Now, wrap your arms around yourself and send yourself love and feel the love of our planet enfolding you.
